Hailing from the vibrant city of Turin, Italy, hospitality runs deep in Andrea's veins, nurtured by his family's ownership of numerous bars and restaurants. From an early age, he found his passion intertwined with the art of welcoming guests and crafting unforgettable experiences. Axis is Andrea’s creative outlet. Whether it's shaking up a classic or inventing something entirely new, his enthusiasm knows no bounds. Andrea thrives on the challenge of special requests, always going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Bar Supervisor
Francesco’s mixology journey began in his youth, with a fascination for finely crafted drinks and spirits. An old-school bartender’s wisdom sparked his passion for the profession. Moved from sunny Cagliari, Italy to the Netherlands for love, Francesco honed his skills under industry legends like Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry. Now, at Axis, he blends cocktails with bold new flavors, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
